We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not divulge any information to 3rd parties.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we may collect about you includes: Your name, address, phone number, email address, web site requirements, credit card details.  Please note: Credit Card details are taken on a Secure Server only

We will not collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely where no internet connection is available and in accordance with the law. 

The only "cookie"  used on this site is in our Online Estimator.  The cookie only remembers which components you have selected to add to the Online Estimator.  The cookie does not operate until the first item is added to the estimate.  Just browsing the site without using the online estimator does not place a cookie on your computer.

SJC Designs will work to get your web site online in a timely manner.  Sites are usually online within two weeks of receiving ALL information from the client.
